A 37 second Quicktime movie of a Bryce animation with a sound-track by Charles Lloyd. Creating objects in 3D and then getting them to go places may be effective for your message.
Animation can tell a story you want told. Or it can be as simple as letters appearing to form a word.
Of course, the latest experiments intrigue me immensely. And impress.js me too.

For my taste, one on a page for fun and emphasis would be enough.
